Before proceeding with the translation of your website, we run a full analysis of the website in order to understand what the material is and what problems/questions may arise; after that we generally adopt one of the following two approaches:

You can send us the content to be translated in a Word or Excel file with all encoding or markup removed or;

We proceed directly with the translation of the source files (.asp, .htm(l), .php, .xml, java and many more).

In both cases we perform a word count (the word count will not include tags or commands or repetitions). We then confirm our final price and conditions and send a service agreement to be signed and sent back before we engage in our services.

Before returning the translated material to the client, the texts are always proofread and checked.

We provide proofreading for documents that have already been edited and that need to be checked and corrected one last time. Proofreaders will look for typing mistakes, spelling mistakes, number errors, misplaced captions or headlines and inconsistencies.

Any text we translate undergoes proofreading of course, but you can send us texts translated by third parties to be proofread by us.

Once the translation has been implemented into your website(s), our translator can test and check that the localized version works as good as the original, find mistakes, inconsistencies and so on and so forth.

Graphics
We can translate all of your graphical elements (jpeg, gif, png, Flash, Illustrator, Fireworks); we either provide translation in an Excel spreadsheet so that you can localize the content yourself, or we translate and implement the translation in the graphic files. If this is outsourced to us, we are sent the source files (.psd, .fla, .ai, .png) along with the fonts used and ensure that all graphics files are adapted correctly and perfectly fit the original layout and design of the website.
